1. Welcome (7:29pm)
1.1. Additions to the Agenda

1.1.2. E-mail thingy (see 5.2)
1.1.3. Alternative Prom (see 5.3)
1.2. Approve Last Meeting Minutes
1.2.1. Yes we approve.
2. Upcoming Events
2.1. Queeraoke
2.1.1. This Friday 10pm at the Duke hosted by the loverly Devonlynne
2.1.1.1. Do we want to try a Queeraoke at Pasta Fresco?
2.1.1.1.1. More of a private space/ classier? Love to have us. Pretty and we have cute friends that work there.
2.1.1.2. Try moving it next month? Give it a try?
2.1.1.2.1. Yes we want to do that.
2.2. Movie Night
2.2.1. February 8 7pm Room PE 264
2.2.1.1. Watching the Kids are Alright and The Birdcage
2.3. Valentines is Such a Drag
2.3.1. February 12 9pm-2am Pasta Fresco’s
2.3.2. DJ dryk
2.3.2.1. 2nd year student at the School
2.3.2.2. 1st big gig super excited for the opportunity
2.3.2.3. Not queer but really supportive
2.3.2.4. Extremely brilliant and very cute
2.3.3. Auditions
2.3.3.1. This Sunday February 6 2-4pm in W480
2.3.3.1.1. If cannot make it text Emma with info, in particular the length of the thing you want to do
2.3.4. Donations
2.3.4.1. We need to get more stuff, we do not have very much
2.3.5. Blind Date Ball Toss/ Kissing Booth
2.3.5.1. Be part of both or one. Please.
2.3.6. We need lots of volunteers
2.3.6.1. We want to get together a solid volunteer list
2.3.6.2. Work ball toss, auction table, door, kissing booth
2.3.6.3. Mike, Clint, Devonlynne, Charlie, Josh, Kristie, Sarah, Syderbee, Tanner, are all on the volunteer list

2.3.6.4. Push it to your friends
2.3.6.5. Spinners to dance on the stage during dance time instead of performing

2.4.1. Cinema Political Series Movie with LPIRG
2.4.1.1. Week before OUTspoken showing A Jihad for Love
2.4.2. Changing around some of the speakers, finalizing the schedule

3.1.1.1. The event is free but they will be accepting donations for GALA/LA’s youth group

3.2.1. February 18th 7-9pm Boys and Girls Club

3.3.1. Wednesday March 9 6-9pm 910 4th Avenue South
3.3.1.1. “ A great way to meet people from different cultures, backgrounds and way of life” (From Facebook Event Page)
3.4. ULSU Elections
3.4.1. Nominations start Monday February 7 at 8:30am and end Thursday February 17 at 3:30pm

3.4.1.1.1. Any info is on the website
3.4.2. Campaigning from February 26- March 8
3.4.3. Voting is from March 98:30am to March 11 3pm
4. Tunnel Painting
4.1. Need to get on this because we have the new logo
4.2. Kristie and Sarah will get on it
4.3. Tanner has paint supplies
4.4. Looking at the potential date of February 13th?
4.5. Tanner has painting stuff,
4.6. Talk to Josh finalize the logo
5. Other
5.1. Computer?
5.1.1. $650 or best offer
5.1.2. $3000 money for the resource centre
5.1.2.1. Kristie moves to buy the computer, Devonlynne seconds that
5.1.2.2. I GET A LOVERLY LIBRARY SYSTEM!
5.2. E-mail thingy
5.2.1. Sue Kovach from student award Laurence Decore for Student Leadership award $500
5.2.1.1. Show commitment to clubs or student government and volunteering
5.2.1.2. Have to be nominated by March 15
5.2.1.3. Application can be found in all departments
5.3. Alternative Prom?
5.3.1. Kristie wants to make pancakes in the morning
5.3.2. Fair bit of work to make it good, which we would
5.3.3. Brilliant
5.3.4. When? Where?
5.3.5. This semester is very busy, summer semester in either May or June
5.3.6. Making sure we have interest from city youth
5.3.7. High School Student, talk to classes before planning
5.4. Youth Advisory Council
5.4.1. Wants a calendar of all events for youth
5.4.2. We do want to put our stuff on it.
